Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that there are no refunds for cancellations. Once a subscription is canceled, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded a plugin or theme, there is no way to 'return' it. Therefore, we do not offer refunds except under the following condition:

• Unusable Digital Products: If the digital product you have purchased is completely unusable, you are eligible for a refund. However, we require sufficient time to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, we will process a refund for you.

If a resolution cannot be reached, we will proceed with the refund process. Note that Product Purchased should not be older that 7 days.
